Welcome to Lynx Elite Athletic Performance!
With over a decade of experience coaching Boys Lacrosse at Aliso Niguel High School, I have dedicated years as the Head Strength and Conditioning and Speed Agility Coach. My journey includes winning a CIF Championship and multiple League Championships, as well as coaching the Saddleback Stags to success in club tournaments. Holding a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Kinesiology, as well as certifications in Personal Training, Speed and Agility and Sports Performance. I am passionate about enhancing athletic performance and continuously expanding my knowledge in movement and sports psychology.
